Astute's Renewables team is partnering with an Operations and Maintenance specialist for utility-scale ground-mounted solar farms across the UK and Europe. We are working together to recruit a Civils Operative to support the team in maintaining and managing solar farm sites.
This role offers a salary of up to £28,000 depending on experience, along with a company vehicle and fuel card.

Responsibilities and duties of the Civils Operative role
Reporting to the Civils Operations Manager you will:
Work closely with the Civils Operations Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day running of civils operations. Operate machinery and plant equipment as directed. Carry out general labouring duties on-site as required. Perform Banksman duties. Report on Civils PMMs and corrective works. Provide ad hoc support across other duties as requested by the Civils Manager. Work in line with the company Integrated Management System to achieve quality, health & safety, and environmental objectives.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
