Civils Site Agent

My client is a leading civil engineering contractor with a strong track record in delivering complex infrastructure projects. With an expanding work portfolio they are seeking an experienced Civils Site Agent to join the team. There is scope for career progression as they look to grow the business in the Gloucestershire area.

Contracts comprising Roads, 278 works, Structures, Drainage & associated civils works..

Your role will include:

* Leading projects including Roads, 278 works, Structures, Drainage & Earthworks.

* Managing site teams and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely and to specification

* Overseeing Project Plans, RAMS, ITPs, waste plans, QA files, and ensuring H&S compliance

* Driving programme performance.

* Chairing weekly site meetings and ensuring clear communication across all teams

* Managing cost control, forecasting, and commercial performance for your section

* Identifying and implementing value engineering opportunities

* Leading defect-free delivery and successful client handover

You'll ensure accurate reporting, proactive risk management, and strong stakeholder relationships throughout the lifecycle of your works
