About the Role:

TRIbuild Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in heavy civils and utilities to join a prestigious Tier 1 civil engineering contractor operating on high-profile projects across Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven supervisor to contribute to major infrastructure and utility works.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations on site, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards

Supervise teams working on civil and utility installations, including drainage, ducting, water, and power works

Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site operatives to meet project milestones

Enforce health & safety standards and ensure adherence to RAMS and permits to work

Maintain accurate site records, daily diaries, and progress reports

Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders
