A specialist Lloyd’s of London Syndicate are now seeking an experienced Claims Administrator to join their Leeds City Centre team
A specialist Lloyd’s of London Syndicate who are an Employer's and Third-Party Liability Insurer providing bespoke Liability Insurance, for complex and high-risk businesses, are now seeking an experienced Claims Administrator to join their Leeds City Centre team whilst also working very closely with the London City team.
It is a hybrid role.
Key responsibilities:
Provide claims handling and administrative support (Liability Claims, Employers Liability and Public Liability covering a wide range of Industries) (No motor or TPPD)
Record and process new and existing claims
Liaise with Loss Adjusters, Brokers, Policyholders and Solicitors
Process claim payment requests and pass for approval
Utilise systems such as IRIS, CRU and Bordereaux
Carry out general administration duties as and when required
About you:
A good understanding of the technical aspects of Insurance and Reinsurance
Liability claims experience - EL/PL
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to manage and prioritise tasks working to short deadlines
Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel and Word
