This role will see you manage a diverse portfolio of claims — including EL, PL, motor, and property — with a focus on delivering expert advice, technical claims handling, and exceptional client service. Whether you’re handling large, complex losses or mentoring junior team members, your input will directly shape outcomes for a varied and loyal client base.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing the end-to-end claims process — including investigation, negotiation, and settlement Advising clients across a range of corporate liability claims (EL, PL, motor, property) Building strong relationships with clients, insurers, adjusters, and legal representatives Acting as a key point of contact on large or contentious cases Supporting and mentoring junior handlers, driving team excellence Analysing claims trends and helping reduce future risk exposure Occasionally visiting clients to assess claims or support in times of loss Presenting performance updates and contributing to strategy discussions What You’ll Bring:
