Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 DOE Location: Bradford City Centre Contract: Full-time, Permanent

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Defendant Personal Injury Claims Handler to join a highly regarded and expanding Defendant Personal Injury team based in modern offices in Bradford city centre.

This role is ideally suited to a confident pre-litigation claims professional looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive, fast-paced, and performance-driven legal environment.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of pre-litigation Employer's Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) claims, acting on behalf of insurer and corporate clients. The role requires a methodical, process-driven approach, strong attention to detail, and excellent client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a caseload of pre-litigation EL/PL claims from inception to settlement

Investigating liability, causation, and quantum

Reviewing medical evidence and expert reports

Drafting correspondence and settlement negotiations

Providing accurate technical advice to clients and stakeholders

Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal KPIs

Delivering excellent client care and maintaining high service standards
