Full job description
· Allocated top spec vehicle with, fridge, microwave and invertor (Volvo).
* Delivering/Collecting Goods all over UK, Refrigerated vehicles
* Complete daily vehicle checks in line with Operating Licence procedures, reporting any defects to the Transport department
* Compliance with all regulations relating to Drivers hours and tachographs
* Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
* Any other duties as delegated by the Transport Department
Essential Criteria
· Must hold a valid HGV1 licence, Digital Tachograph card and Full Driver CPC (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence) Min 1 years driving experience.
* Good Geographical knowledge of UK
* Excellent Knowledge of driver’s hours, rules and regulations
* Good Communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Excellent customer service skills
* Must be able to apply Manual Handling techniques
* Must be flexible to work weekends
* Must be over 21 years old (for insurance purposes)
