CTRG Limited are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers to support trunking operations in the Coventry area.
Role Overview
Job Type: Full-Time / Potential Temp-to-Perm for the Right Candidate
Work Type: Trunking, Curtain Side
Shifts: AM & Late Shifts
Rates: Up to £37.34 per hour
What You'll Be Doing
Trunking runs from A to B
Assisting FLT drivers with strapping/unstrapping curtain sides
No hand balling
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday (weekend shifts available)
Start times from 02:00 onward
Pay Rates (Hol Inc)
Days - LGV CE
Standard: £19.43
Overtime: £24.3
Sixth Shift: £37.34
Nights - LGV CE
Standard: £20.73
Overtime: £25.91
What You'll Need
Valid UK C+E (Class 1) licence - minimum 24 months experience 2 years
Valid DCPC & Digital Tachograph
Understanding of Driver Hours & Working Time Directive
Ability to complete safety checks and report defects
Strong communicator with a flexible, can-do attitude
Mandatory Checks
Before starting, all candidates must complete and pass:
Written driving assessment
Physical driving assessment
Drug & alcohol screening
