Pay, benefits and more: New employee bonus of £500 , paid in two instalments Average salary of circa £60,000 which includes: Hourly rate of £15.97 , Overtime paid at £22.14 per hour, Additional premiums for specific working hours : £1.64 extra per hour for hours worked between 06:00 and 07:00 £2.47 extra per hour for hours worked between 18:00 and 22:00
