Class 1 Driver - Guaranteed HGV Work EVERY Week.

HireGiant is currently looking for an experienced Class 1 Driver to work with our client based in Barry, Nr Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity for ongoing, full-time LGV work with the potential to become a permanent position! Temp to perm opportunity with a pay rise when permanent

The Role:
As a Class 1 Driver, you will be:

Making goods deliveries using a LGV curtain side vehicle
Work is simple C&D work 4-5 drops per day.
Ensuring delivery is recovered and paperwork is in order
Completing HGV vehicle checks
Adhering to WTD and EU Tacho rules and regulations while driving the HGV truck
Working Monday to Friday (optional weekend shifts available)
Starting around 06:00am daily - shifts between 10-12 hours

Requirements:

Class 1 licence entitlement
A valid CPC and Digital Tacho card
Safety boots and Hi-Vis vest

Hours & Pay Rates (PAYE):

Monday to Friday shift pattern - 06:00-07:00 Start
Shift Length - 10-12 hours
£16-17.50 per hour (Monday to Friday)
