Class 1 Driver

We are seeking reliable and skilled Class 1 Drivers to join our clients team in Bury St Edmunds. In this role, you will be responsible for the collection and delivery of trailers across various designated routes. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced drivers and new passes looking to start their driving careers.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a Class 1 vehicle (articulated lorry) for the collection and delivery of trailers.
Follow routes and schedules efficiently while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
Maintain accurate records of delivery and collection times, as well as any incidents or issues that arise during transit.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Valid Class 1 driving license (C+E) is required.
New passes are welcome and encouraged to apply.
Good knowledge of road safety regulations and driving practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently and independently.

What we offer:
