Class 1 HGV Driver (Temporary – 1 Week)

Start Date: Monday 11th August
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary – 1 Week
Job Overview:
We are urgently seeking a reliable and experienced Class 1 HGV Driver for a short-term temporary assignment starting Monday 19th May.
This role is expected to last 1 week, with a competitive hourly rate of £15.00ph
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate Class 1 HGV vehicles, including articulated lorries and walking floor trailers
* Ensure timely and efficient delivery and collection of goods
* Adhere to all driving regulations, safety standards, and company procedures
* Complete relevant paperwork accurately and on time
* Communicate effectively with transport managers and site staff
Requirements:
* Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) HGV licence
* Proven experience driving walking floor trailers and artic lorries
* Full CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
* Strong knowledge of UK driving regulations
* Availability for the full week starting Monday 11th August
* Good communication and time management skills
