Job Title- HGV Class 1 Night Driver

Shifts- Monday to Friday (Apply online only)

Pay- starting salary of £36,435pa ( Up to £42,800 with OT)

What The Job Is About

Driving a Class 1 (C+E) lorry at night from Gatwick to Birmingham & back (subject to change)

Move freight between depots (trunking)

Make sure deliveries are safe, on time, and follow all rules

What You Need (Requirements)

You must have:

Valid UK C+E (Class 1) driving licence

Driver CPC qualification

Digital Tachograph Card

At least 1 year Class 1 driving experience

Helpful but not essential:

Previous night driving experience

Main Duties

Drive safely during night shifts

Carry out vehicle safety checks using company app

Follow all transport laws and company rules

Load and unload pallets (working with warehouse and forklift staff)

Complete deliveries and collections accurately

Skills Needed

Confident and safe HGV driving skills

Good understanding of transport and safety rules

Able to work alone and stay focused at night

Good communication with transport hubs and warehouse teams
