365 People are recruiting for Class 1 HIAB Drivers for one of our well established clients in Leicester. This will be a temp to perm role securing you a full time job after 12 weeks.

Pay: £16.50 per hour (PAYE)

Location: Leicester

The Role

365 People are looking for an experienced Class 1 HIAB Drivers to join a well established operation in Leicestershire. This is a physically active position with a 50/50 split between driving and crane operation. You’ll be delivering building materials to commercial and construction sites using a HIAB (brick grab).

You will also be allocated your own truck, which is only used by other drivers when you’re on holiday or off sick.

Duties Include

* Operating a Class 1 vehicle with HIAB

* Delivering materials to customer sites

* Operating the crane safely and efficiently

* Securing loads and completing vehicle checks

* Providing excellent customer service on-site

Requirements

* Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence

* HIAB qualification (brick grab preferred)

* CPC & Digital Tachograph

* Physically fit and comfortable with manual work

* Reliable, safety‑focused and professional
