Class 1 Shunter Driver

We are seeking Shunter Drivers to join our Hoddesdon Depot (EN11 0DJ) within the Mller Milk & Ingredients Distribution team. This is a permanent, full-time role offering flexibility, modern vehicles, and no overnight stays.

Shunter Pay & Benefits:
Hourly rate: £16.63 - £27.32 (pattern dependent)
Overtime: £18.71 /hour
Shift Pattern - Monday to Friday (2000 - 0600) or 4 on, 4 off
Full time permanent contract, monthly pay,33 days holiday (increasing with service), enhanced family leave, life assurance (x2), company pension (company will match contributions up to 4%), uniform, secure parking, and access to Mller Rewards discounts.

Shunter Role Responsibilities:
Coordinate onsite bay movements ensuring all equipment is compliant.
Put safety first and respect all road users.
Complete driver and vehicle checks diligently.

Shunter Requirements:
HGV licence, CPC and digital card desirable
Max 6 minor points,
Previous shunting experience essential
Physically fit, reliable team player.
