Pure Staff have gained new opportunities for an experienced and reliable Class 1 Tramper. This is An ongoing position. Our customer is based in the Manchester area who will be looking for a driver to start ASAP on an ongoing basis.

To be a successful Class 1 Tramper for this role you will require:

  • UK Category CE license for minimum 2 years
  • Minimum 12 months Class 1 driving experience
  • No more than 6 points on your licence
  • Good level of communication
  • Good knowledge of UK roads
  • Flexible working attitude

The role for a Class 1 Tramper:

  • 2-3 Collections/Deliveries
  • Use of pump truck for unloading occasionally
  • 12-15-hour shifts
  • Required to spend extended periods away from home
  • Often staying overnight in vehicle provided for them
  • Any parking goes through 'SNAP'

Pay Rates:

    • £17ph to £19.05ph

    Your hourly pay rate is £17 and you will accrue £2.05 per hour in holiday pay for every hour worked, which is banked and paid to you when you take annual leave. We do this to make sure our drivers are fairly paid and encouraged to take proper time off work as we believe regular rest is essential for safety and mental wellbeing of all workers

£25 each 'Night out'

Shifts:

  • Between 05:00AM - 08:00AM starts
  • Monday to Friday work
