Key Responsibilities for a Class 2 Driver: Deliver goods safely and efficiently to customers room of choice Provide excellent customer service, building positive relationships face-to-face and over the phone Accurately complete delivery paperwork in line with company and legal requirements Handle heavy and bulky items (e.g., washing machines, kitchen units/worktops) as part of a two-person team Adhere to all Health & Safety, transport regulations, and working time directives Represent the company professionally at all times ?? Experience & Qualifications for a Class 2 Driver: Valid Class 2 licence, CPC, and Digi Card Minimum 2 years multi-drop experience preferred No more than 6 penalty points on your licence Excellent customer service and timekeeping skills Physically fit and able to lift heavy/bulky items safely Smart, professional appearance Previous retail or commercial driving experience desirable ?? Additional Information for a Class 2 Driver: Heavy lifting required daily as part of a two-person delivery team Candidates must complete an assessment and induction before starting Assessments and inductions can be arranged immediately.
