About the Role:
Recruit A Driver is seeking an experienced Class 2 Driver for a temp-to-perm opportunity with a client based in Normanton.

This role involves transporting granite loaded A frames from Normanton to Essex and back, offering consistent Monday to Friday work with approximately 10.5-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a Class 2 vehicle from Normanton to Essex and return
• Transport up to 7 granite loaded A-frames per shift
• Offload granite using a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
• Reload empty A-frames for return to Normanton
• Ensure loads are secured safely for the journey
• Maintain accurate paperwork and professional driving standards

Shifts & Hours:

• 02:00 start time
• Monday to Friday
• Approximate 10.5-hour shifts
• Immediate start available

Requirements:

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) UK driving licence
• Recent Class 2 driving experience
• Counterbalance FLT licence preferred
• FLT refresher can be arranged if required
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than 6 penalty points for minor offences
• Reliable and professional approach
