365 People are recruiting for Class 2 HIAB Drivers for one of our well-established clients in Leicester. This will be a temp to perm role securing you a full-time job after 12 weeks.

Pay: £16.00 per hour (PAYE)

Location: Leicestershire

The Role

365 People are looking for an experienced Class 2 HIAB Drivers to join a well-established operation in Leicestershire. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of driving and hands‑on work, with around 50% of the job involving crane operation.

You’ll be assigned your own dedicated vehicle, giving you consistency and ownership over your truck.

Key Responsibilities

* Driving a Class 2 vehicle to deliver building materials

* Operating the HIAB crane (brick grab)

* Ensuring loads are secure and compliant

* Completing daily vehicle and equipment checks

* Providing a professional service to customers

Requirements

* Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence

* HIAB certification

* CPC & Digi Card

* Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks

* Good communication and customer service skills
