Class 2 Refuse Collection Driver

Our client is looking for HGV Class 2 Refuse Collection and Recycling drivers for temp to perm contract in Bristol.

Work is Monday till Friday with occasional Saturday and Sunday work offered for higher rates.
Normal working hours are 0600 till 1400, sometimes overtime is available on the day. Work consists of Refuse Collection with loaders (collecting commercial bins) and Recycling (without loaders involving more handball). Occasionally you might be asked to help out on the yard and the pay remains the same as drivers.
Ideal driver will have:
- Full CPC, UK Licence with Cat C and Tacho card- 1 year of previous driving experience (although lower might be considered)- Decent knowledge of driving laws and regulations
Pay:
£18 basic £25.50 OT

CURRENTLY CLIENT HAS 2 DEPOTS - 1 IN WARMLEY AND ANOTHER IN YATE AREA - they are looking for drivers in both depots currently

Following a successful assessment an induction will be arranged the next day and after that the worker will be able to start regular shifts. Assessment consists of theory and driving test and normally takes a couple of hours.
