Location: Rainham, Essex
Pay Rates:

£17.00 per hour (6:00am – 4:00pm)
£17.50 per hour (after 4:00pm)
£20.00 per hour (weekends)

Hours: Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays)

The Opportunity
Our client, a well-established portable toilet and waste management company based in Rainham, Essex, is currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Class 2 Driver to join their operations team. This is a varied role offering consistent hours and the opportunity to work within a growing business.

The Role
As a Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for completing 2–3 jobs per day, supporting the delivery, collection, and servicing of portable sanitation units and waste systems across customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

Driving a Class 2 vehicle to customer locations
Emptying septic tanks safely and efficiently
Collecting and transporting portable toilet (portaloo) units
Cleaning tanks and portable toilet units to required hygiene standards
Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations
Completing relevant paperwork and daily vehicle checks
Providing a professional and courteous service to customers

Requirements

Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential
Willingness to undertake manual work and work outdoors
Strong work ethic and reliability
Good communication skills and customer-focused attitude
