Your new company I am working in close partnership with a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Blackburn to recruit a Class Teacher for a September start. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking school community that places children at the heart of everything they do. The school is open to applications from ECTs and experienced teachers alike, and year group allocation will be discussed based on experience and strengths. Your new role You will:
Deliver engaging and well-planned lessons in line with the national curriculum Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment Assess, track and support pupil progress effectively. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and external professionals Contribute to the wider life of the schoolWhat you'll need to succeed The school is seeking someone who:
Holds QTS (or is working towards it) Has experience of teaching within the primary phase (or is an ECT with strong placements) Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management Is passionate about inclusive education and pupil progress. Is reflective, adaptable and eager to contribute to a team.What you'll get in return
