Are you looking for flexible work in education? We are recruiting Classroom Assistants to work on a supply basis in primary and secondary schools across Flintshire.

The Role:
As a Supply Classroom Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering lessons, assist pupils with their learning, and help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. This role is ideal for those seeking flexible work to fit around other commitments or gain further school experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils with classroom activities and learning tasks

  • Providing 1:1 or small-group support where required

  • Assisting with classroom preparation and organisation

  • Supporting behaviour management

  • Following safeguarding procedures at all times

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Caring, patient, and enthusiastic

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Reliable, professional, and adaptable

  • Previous school experience desirable but not essential

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
