We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Classroom Assistant to join a caring and supportive SEND school in Walsall. This long-term role is ideal for someone eager to make a real difference in the classroom every day. About the Role: As a Classroom Assistant, you'll work closely with pupils aged 5-16 with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs), and MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties). Whether you're supporting 1:1 or within small groups, your role will be key in helping students access learning, manage emotions, and build confidence. You'll be part of a collaborative and experienced team of teachers, therapists, and support staff who work together to create an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
