Job Type: Full-time, Term Time Only (31 hours per week + Inset Days) This role is pivotal in ensuring effective classroom supervision and supporting student progress in the absence of the regular teacher. The successful candidate will work closely with the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher for Teaching and Learning, contributing significantly to our students' educational experience. Support the Inclusion Department by supervising students in internal exclusion and assisting with student support, particularly for those with SEND. Engage in the supervision of off-site visits and school trips, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements. Proven experience in an educational or supervisory role, preferably within a school setting. Familiarity with educational policies, including health and safety regulations.
