Residential Cleaner
Location: SW London
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00am to 3:00pm or 8:00am to 4:00pm
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join a frindly team at a modern residential development in SW London . This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly, professional, and supportive environment where high standards are valued.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain all communal areas of the development to an exceptional standard of cleanliness
Follow established cleaning schedules and routines to ensure consistency and quality
Carry out periodic deep cleaning tasks, including carpet steam cleaning and internal window cleaning
Clean and sanitise high-touch surfaces such as door handles, intercom systems, lift buttons, and touchpads
Dust and wipe down surfaces including skirting boards, window sills, and ledges
Ensure bins are emptied regularly and waste is disposed of in accordance with site procedures
Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or health & safety concerns to the Building Manager promptly
Replenish cleaning supplies where required and notify management of stock shortages
Work in line with the company's Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times

Requirements

Previous cleaning experience (residential or commercial preferred but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks
A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
