Summary
We are seeking an experienced Cleaning and Delivery Manager to lead the transition of cleaning services from an outsourced model to an in-house operation. This hybrid role requires a hands-on professional who will be responsible for setting up and implementing the new cleaning contract across multiple sites. Key duties include advising on Service Level Agreements (SLAs), scheduling, equipment procurement, staffing levels, and establishing operational procedures. The role also involves process management, recruitment, and defining technical specifications to ensure seamless service delivery. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing multi-site cleaning contracts and new contract implementations, alongside strong client management skills. The position is based in Southwark with a hybrid working pattern of three days in the office and two days working from home. The daily rate is up to £500 per day umbrella.
