Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor (Mobile)

Location: Southampton (Multi-Site Role)

Salary: £13.49 per hour (Paid Weekly)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee multiple sites across Southampton. This is a mobile role, so a full, clean driving licence is essential, along with prior experience managing multiple sites.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and organised individual looking to secure a long-term position with progression potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising cleaning operations across multiple client sites
Conducting regular site visits and quality checks
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Managing staff performance and ensuring high standards are met
Handling administrative duties, including reporting and scheduling
Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations

Requirements:

Previous experience in a multi-site supervisory role (cleaning or similar)
Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Good IT skills and confidence with administrative tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, trustworthy, and professional at all times
