About the role: We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Soft Services Area Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to deliver exceptional results on behalf of the business. The working pattern for this position is 40 hours per week, over 7 days to suit the needs of the business. Therefore, the successful candidate must be able to commute to: Dunstable Slough Hemel A company car and fuel card will be provided as part of the employment package. Our Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for: Provide day-to-day supervision of on-site operations, ensuring work is carried out in line with agreed schedules, procedures, and standards. Act as the primary on-site point of contact for employees and our clients. Monitor attendance, performance, and conduct of on-site staff, addressing issues promptly and escalating where appropriate. Actively carry out cleaning duties as required to support site operations and maintain cleanliness standards.
