Job Title: Clinical Services Support OfficerSalary: £26,227Location: M50 2ZYHours: 37.5 hours a weekThe RoleThe Clinical Services Officer plays a key role in the smooth running of the clinical services within the Latus Group. This role supports clinicians in delivering high quality services, and acts as a central point of contact for employees, managers, and external partners.The Clinical Services Officer is responsible for managing clinical administration, workflow coordination, and supporting clinical governance processes to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery. Working in partnership with Operations team the Clinical Services Officer will ensure timely service delivery outputs. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a point of contact for queries in relation to post service delivery; providing accurate information and signposting as appropriateTo carry out quality assurance reviews of clinical reportsCreate output reports for services completed outside of YODHALiaise with Managers, HR, external providers, and employees to support smooth case progression.Provide timely updates and communication regarding appointment outcomes, pending actions, and service timelines (within confidentiality boundaries).Offer exceptional customer service to internal and external users of the Clinical services DepartmentSupport compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by ensuring work is progressed within agreed timescales and escalates to the relevant contacts if this will be outside of SLA To advise clients of additional services and benefitsTo collate and produce clinical data reports for clients if requiredSkills and Experience RequiredResults orientated and target drivenTrouble shooter - having responsibility for ensuring any issues are dealt with in a timely manner and communicated effectively to clientsTeam PlayerExperience of working in a fast-paced environmentFlexible and quick thinkingConfident phone mannerWell organisedAbility to remain motivated in a challenging working environmentComputer literate with excellent IT skillsDoes this role sound like a good fit for you?
