Job Description
Client Manager – Paid Campaigns & Brand Launches
Hybrid | High-Profile Beauty & Retail Brands
I’m currently partnering with a leading in-house creative agency supporting some of the most recognisable names in the beauty and retail space. They’re looking for an experienced Client Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, managing high-volume deliverables across paid campaigns and major brand launches.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll act as the key client lead, owning relationships and ensuring seamless delivery across creative, production, and agency partners.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading high-profile brand launches and retail campaigns across paid media
- Managing large, multi-channel media plans with a high volume of assets
- Acting as the primary point of contact between client stakeholders, creative, production, and media agencies
- Owning end-to-end campaign delivery — from briefing and scoping through to execution
- Managing multiple complex deadlines while maintaining quality and brand alignment
- Leading client meetings, creative reviews, and campaign sign-off sessions
- Supporting commercial management including scopes, estimates, budgets, and billing
What They’re Looking For:
- 3+ years’ Client or Account Management experience within a creative or marketing agency
- Strong experience delivering creative for large paid media campaigns
- Comfortable managing omni-channel campaign assets at scale
- Experience working closely with media agencies
- Commercially confident — able to scope, estimate, and manage budgets
- Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong agency-side Account Manager ready to step into a high-volume, brand-led environment with real exposure to large-scale paid campaigns and retail launches.
If this sounds like you (or someone in your network), feel free to message me directly for more details.
