Location: London, St Paul’s

Hours: 9:30–18:00, Mon–Fri

Salary: DOE

About the Role

Faros Capital is hiring a Client Onboarding & Sales Officer with experience in a UK accounting firm to contact new leads, support existing clients, and manage the full onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

•\tContact new leads with an offer of our services

•\tFirst point of contact for new and existing clients

•\tManage the full onboarding process for new clients

•\tRegister new companies and required schemes

•\tComplete KYC/AML checks

•\tMaintain and update CRM records

Requirements:

•\t1+ year experience in a UK accounting firm (must confirm in application)

•\tStrong English (spoken & written)

•\tCRM experience

•\tUnderstanding of company registrations & onboarding processes

•\tStrong communication and attention to detail

Preferred:

•\tXero experience

•\tPrevious sales or onboarding experience
