We are hiring a Client Partner to join us at an early and formative stage. This is a true 360 role with real ownership, senior exposure, and long-term upside.

The role


  • End-to-end 360 recruitment across life sciences
  • Own and grow long-term client partnerships
  • Work directly with founders, leadership teams, and investors
  • Deliver permanent and contract mandates, with exposure to early-stage capital raises
  • High autonomy and accountability from day one


About you


  • 2–5 years’ 360 recruitment experience
  • Proven billing and client ownership track record
  • Degree educated. Life sciences experience preferred, or life-sciences-focused academic background
  • Commercial, credible, and ambitious
