In this role, you will play a key part in helping organisations upskill their existing workforce and bring in future talent through a variety of high-impact training and development pathways. What will you be doing?
Proactively prospect and generate new business while maintaining and growing existing client accounts.
Confidently lead client meetings to understand needs, present tailored solutions, and maximise commercial opportunities.
Prepare high-quality proposals, quotations, and presentations aligned to client requirements.
Input, analyse, and interpret sales information to strategically manage and prioritise your pipeline, consistently achieving (and exceeding) targets.
