Client Relationship Executive - Surrey/London
£32,000 - £40,000 DOE + performance-based incentives
Our client is seeking a polished, emotionally intelligent professional to join their team as a Client Relationship Executive. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, delivering a highly personalised, discreet, and commercially aware service experience.
This position requires a strong blend of interpersonal skills, emotional awareness, and commercial understanding. You will take the time to understand each client’s goals, guide them through the service journey, and ensure a seamless, supportive, and results-driven experience.
This role requires occasional visits to the London office.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support wider business initiatives and projects as required
* Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through regular communication (phone and video)
* Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client preferences, values, and expectations
* Provide tailored guidance and feedback throughout the client journey
* Manage expectations with professionalism, honesty, and tact
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion
* Deliver an exceptional client experience, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
* Resolve any client concerns promptly and professionally
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within internal systems
* Contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and overall success metrics
Role Scope and Development
* This is a dynamic and evolving position within the business. While the core focus is client relationship management, the successful candidate will be expected to contribute more broadly across the company as required.
* This may include involvement in operational support, internal projects, process improvements, and other ad hoc responsibilities depending on business needs.
* As such, this role would suit someone who is adaptable, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a fluid environment where priorities may shift. A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership beyond a defined job description are essential.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
* Proven experience in client relationship management, customer service, or a client-facing role
* Exceptional communication skills—articulate, engaging, and empathetic
* Strong emotional intelligence and active listening skills
* Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Commercial awareness with the ability to balance client needs and business objectives
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
* Able to take initiative and operate with limited structure when required
Desirable:
* Background in coaching, psychology, or relationship-focused roles
* Experience working with discerning or high-expectation clients
* Additional language skills
