Client Relationship Manager, Legal / Law Background, Wigan, Greater ManchesterClient Relationship Manager required to work for a fast-growing business based in Wigan, Greater Manchester. This is an in-person role and you will expected to be in the office 5 days per week.We need a confident individual who has good, client relationship management skills, ideally with some connection with the Legal / Law sector. We would also need you to have a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle, as there will be some travel to and from Southport. Read on for more detailsDay to day tasks:Managing relationships with existing clientsIdentifying opportunities to grow existing accounts by understanding client caseloads and offering tailored solutionsIdentifying new accounts and then working within a set process to contact them to generate new business.Working proactively with marketing-generated leads to develop new business and revenue streamsEnsuring clients fully understand our services, their benefits and how to integrate them into their daily workArranging and attending client meetings acrossEngland and Wales, presenting to teams of Private Client solicitorsAccurately recording client interactions, leads and revenue using internal systemsConsistently meeting or exceeding KPIs relating to meetings, account growth and new salesReporting into theHead of Private Client, contributing to wider business development strategyCollaborating closely within our sales team to contribute to and deliver the company strategies.Staying informed on industry trends and changes within the UK Private Client legal sectorThe ideal candidate will have/be:GCSEs Grade A to C (or equivalent) including English & Maths.A Level/Degree educatedA professional and confidential communication style, comfortable engaging with decision-makersStrong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent attention to detailA proactive approach to business development and account growthProven success in sales or business development, ideally within legal or professional servicesAn understanding of estate administration and intestacy under UK law (or a strong willingness to learn)A high level of organisation and self-motivationA full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetingsThis is a great opportunity and salary is dependent upon experience.
