Client Relationship Manager

to join its team in a varied, fast-paced, and highly rewarding support role. This position would suit someone who enjoys balancing client contact, research, administration, and compliance, while playing a key part in delivering an outstanding client experience.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for: Making appointments with clients and prospective clients Carrying out research on investment systems Preparing annual client reviews and completing follow-up activity Producing portfolio and fund analysis Undertaking insurance provider and product research Supporting process and procedure updates Completing a wide range of administrative and compliance duties Preparing cashflow reports, new recommendation packs and suitability reports This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to make a genuine impact.

What we are looking for The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-focused, and confident communicating with clients and colleagues alike. They will be comfortable managing multiple priorities and working within a professional environment. Essential skills and experience: MUST have experience in an administration role - ideally within financial services or similar. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Good organisational and planning skills Must have a driving licence Desirable experience: Knowledge of financial markets and funds Experience within a similar environment What's in if for you This opportunity offers more than just a job
