One of our small clients in Bedford are looking for a Client research insight Manager to join their small team.The three priorities of this role are to:Deliver first class research services and excellent customer serviceSupporting revenue growth (Sales & Clients)Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external client contacts to deliver client projectsCandidate Profile: Essential Skills and Experience We are interested in hearing from individuals who have the following skills and qualities:Demonstrate the maturity and professional judgement to work effectively with the companys management team and at client organisations.Take accountability for decisions and outcomes, showing ownership and reliability in managing client feedback programmes.Have previous experience in B2B market research or insight roles, with strong commercial understanding of how research drives client value.Possess sound knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with 5+ years in a client-facing research or account-management position.Are able to interpret and analyse research confidently, delivering clear, actionable, commercially-focused insight and recommendations.Engage effectively with clients and prospective clients - building trust, advising them on best practice, and confidently communicating the value of our services.Exhibit strong communication and listening skills, ensuring clear, empathetic, and professional interactions with both clients and colleagues.Display excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, strong numeracy and written English, producing consistently high-quality work.Are capable of working independently, while also collaborating effectively within a management and project team environment.Show adaptability, a willingness to learn, and the ability to take on diverse assignments.What we can offer We can offer the successful candidate:Immediate responsibility, we are a small team, you will have to assume responsibility straight awayWe are a growing company, and we want the successful candidate to be a key part of that journey.
