We’re working with a well-established client within the financial services sector who is seeking a confident and experienced Client Services Manager to join their team. The position is hybrid, with an expectation to be in the office at least three times a week.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on managing people, optimising processes, and delivering insightful MI reporting, all while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and clients alike.
Responsibilities:
* Leading, motivating, and developing a team to deliver excellent service and performance.
* Overseeing the client servicing team and enhancing business processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
* Producing and analysing MI reports to support data-driven decision making.
* Acting as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensuring full adherence to FCA rules and regulations, with a strong understanding of compliance frameworks.
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the team and wider business functions.
