We are recruiting a Client Services Receptionist to join Rapport who will be our client's offices. The client is a prestigious Magic Circle Law Firm based at London Bridge which is their flagship building. You will be the main point of contact for everyone walking through the door.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone that is looking for variety in their day to day as you will get full exposure to ground floor reception, client suite, meeting rooms management and events. You will join a fantastic team of 12 friendly and supportive individuals that work together as one, with the shared goal of providing our clients with the best experience.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM)

Main responsibilities:
Lobby hosting and providing a warm and memorable welcome to guests, clients, suppliers, internal staff courteously and efficiently
Assisting with events on-site as required
Being the first point of contact to all key stakeholders
Communicating with hosts, and escorting clients to the allocated conference room, if required
Reporting and logging faults and repairs for timely remedial action
Coordinating with key service teams to ensure the overall service is timely and seamless (i.e., catering, maintenance, security, technical/room bookings, cleaning)
Ensuring visitors and contractors' passes are issued
