Key Duties and Responsibilities:Prep of meeting packs (new and review)Completing client change requests in contributions/bank details/addresssDiary ManagementAppointment booking via telephone and emailReview and overdue meeting managementAdding leads and prospects to the systemWithdrawals taking client instruction and completing security checks Online access registeringPre population of client information in various key documentsID & anti-money laundering checks Logging documentation on an internal serverClient meeting remindersPreparation of welcome packs/sendingCertifying docsPolicy services request for information Calling third-party providers for informationScanning and processing incoming post Answering of incoming office calls Supporting with any broader general office support Supporting with client generic queries Person Specification:Genuine interest in Financial ServicesConfident phone manner and dealing with clientsKeen to develop and learnHigh level of attention to detailHighly organised and works with a proactive attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent IT SkillsApproaches work positively with a can-do attitude and take responsibility for own tasksManages time effectively and can work within set timescales Works well as an individual and as part of a large teamThis is a great opportunity to join a lovely and rewarding organisation, and prior experience in the industry is not essential as full training will be provided.
