Are you a confident, resilient sales professional who thrives on turning conversations into commercial success? This is an exciting opportunity to step into a dynamic Client Success Manager position, where relationship-building and proactive sales are at the heart of everything.
This role offers a unique
blend of account management and outbound sales, with a strong focus on re-engaging clients who have previously disengaged.
You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by rebuilding trust, reigniting relationships, and securing new orders from an existing but untapped client base.
A key part of the role involves proactively contacting clients who have churned over the past six years. Some of these conversations will feel like cold calls, as contacts may have changed, making resilience and strong objection-handling skills essential. This is the most critical element of the role and a key area where success will be measured.
Alongside this, you will manage and nurture existing house accounts, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience from initial enquiry through to post-delivery satisfaction. You will also have the opportunity to represent the business internationally, attending prestigious trade shows in the USA and engaging directly with clients and prospects.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will be driven, personable, and commercially minded, with a passion for both sales and client relationships. Key skills and experience include: Proven proactive sales experience, ideally involving re-engagement or outbound calling Confidence in handling rejection and turning difficult conversations into opportunities Strong account management skills, with the ability to rebuild rapport and regain trust Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organised with experience using CRM systems A professional and client-focused approach at all times Ability to work US hours following training (11:00–21:00) Willingness to travel internationally for trade shows when required What's in it for you
This role offers a fantastic package alongside genuine career development opportunities: Salary of £30,000 per annum plus commission Four-day working week (Monday–Thursday) Daily lunch provided on-site 30-minute paid lunch break and 30-minute unpaid dinner break Birthday day off after successful completion of probation Company closure between Christmas and New Year Two company-wide social events annually Private healthcare after probation On-site parking where available Training & Working Hours: Initial 6–8 weeks: 08:00–17:30 (training period) Post-training: 11:00–21:00 (aligned to US clients) Travel Opportunities: Biannual attendance at a major trade show in North Carolina (7–10 days) Flights, accommodation, and ESTA fully covered Daily food and drink allowance provided Lieu time or overtime (to be confirmed) About the company
