They are fully supported by a comprehensive team in our Hertfordshire head office which comprises, Surveyors, Accountants, Legal professionals, and a large customer support team.Trinity is part of the Trinity Property Group, an Odevo Group Company.Benefits:The company offers various benefits, including:24 days annual leave for work-life balance.Discounts on shopping and services through Perkbox.Employee Assistance Programme for confidential support.Hybrid and flexible work opportunities.Financial support for personal development.Opportunities for career growth.Recognition incentives.Cycle to Work scheme for a healthy lifestyle.Employee Referral Scheme for potential bonuses.Job Description:The Client Support Accountant is primarily responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to the Client Accountants.Key responsibilities and tasks include:Service Charge Accounts:Completing weekly open period checks and ensuring the system is up to datePreparing year end bank reconciliationsChecking and uploading balancing charges / creditsIssuing year end accounts in a timely mannerIssuing Section 20B noticesBudgets:Preparing standard and pro-rata budgets in accordance with the work plannerResponding to Property Manager budget queries and highlighting areas of concernAccurately reviewing and tidying up budgets in preparation for issuingUploading budgets to Propman and saving relevant documentsChasing up any late approvals of budgetsOther:Preparation of quarterly financial reportsProcessing Service Charge Amendments in accordance with the signed requestRecharge items (including utilities/insurance/other)Liaising with internal and external clients to resolve queries in a timely mannerProfessionally dealing with resident phone queriesQualifications and Skills:Candidates for this position should have the following skills and qualifications:At least 1 years experience within FinanceIdeally educated to A Level standards (or equivalent)Ideally completed, or working towards AAT Level 4 / CIMA Certificate or QBEExperience of data input and general finance administrationSound understanding of double entry bookkeeping (payments & accruals)Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft packages, data manipulation, VLOOKUP formulas and pivot tablesProfessional telephone mannerExcellent attention to detailResponsible, reliable and approachableAbility to stay calm under pressure and prioritise workloadApplication Process:All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK without restrictions, and documented evidence of eligibility will be required.For further information, or to explore more opportunities, you can visit Trinity Estates on our website.
