Fabric Maintenance Engineer – Days only, Knightsbridge, London Salary: £42,000 per annum Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, the role involves overseeing maintenance, repair and enhancement of the building fabric across the estate. Responsibilities

Ensure walls, ceilings, doors, windows and finishes are safe, compliant and maintained to the highest standards. Lead, develop and coach the building fabric maintenance team. Champion best practice across planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring operational efficiency, high-quality workmanship and a safe environment. Contribute to asset management planning and capital investment decisions. Conduct site inspections and defect management. Maintain H&S and regulatory compliance, budget oversight, RAMS management and contractor performance.

Qualifications

Proactive and detail‑oriented leader with demonstrable experience in building fabric maintenance management. Strong knowledge of building regulations and quality standards. HNC/HND or a degree in a related discipline.
