Commercial Property Manager (Client Side) West Sussex - £45-55k Were working with a major property firm who are looking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Manager as follows: Client-side role Working office based in West Sussex Youll be part of a well-established and highly professional team, able to draw on expertise from in house accountants, surveyors, and asset managers You will focus on a portfolio of offices, ensuring compliance, tenant relationship management, and asset value preservation through effective service charge budgeting, maintenance oversight, health and safety management, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and compliance with agreed working practices and operational procedures.
