Job Description
Hiring: Client‑Side Property Manager (Mixed Portfolio)
Charlton, SE7 | Office-based
Managing 70 AST homes + 20 commercial units across London & North Kent
We’re looking for an experienced, organised and proactive Property Manager to oversee a privately owned mixed‑use portfolio.
✨ What you’ll be doing:
Managing the full tenancy lifecycle of a mixed portfolio
Handling tenant enquiries & day‑to‑day correspondence
Coordinating repairs, contractors & planned maintenance
Carrying out inspections & keeping digital records up to date
Ensuring full statutory compliance (Gas Safety, EICR, Fire Safety, Insurance)
Liaising with directors, contractors, solicitors & local authorities
Monitoring rent payments & assisting with arrears
Supporting service charge & property‑related financial admin

Residential AND commercial experience essential
Strong admin & organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Professional communicator with tenants & contractors
