About the Role

Working directly for the property owner, you will take the lead on rent reviews, lease renewals, and asset valuations across our diverse portfolio, spanning retail, office, and mixed-use properties. You’ll partner with asset managers, legal teams, and external advisors to ensure optimum returns while maintaining strong tenant relationships.

Your remit will include:

• Preparing and reviewing detailed valuations in line with RICS standards.
• Managing rent review and lease renewal negotiations to achieve best value.
• Advising on acquisition and disposal pricing strategies.
• Monitoring market trends to inform portfolio strategy.
• Supporting the Head of Asset Management on key investment decisions.

About You

MRICS qualified (or working towards) with demonstrable experience in rent reviews, lease renewals, and valuations.

Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

Excellent understanding of the London property market.

Proactive, detail-driven, and confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
