Clinical AudiologistNorth London/EnfieldBasic Salary £40,000 to £50,000 per year.Salary with Commission £80,000 to £100,000 OTEAn exciting opportunity has come up for a motivated Audiologist to join a growing private hearing care practice and be part of its continued development.This is a professional clinical audiology role, working to the highest clinical standards in a supportive environment with modern facilities and equipment.The role offers variety and the chance to use a broad range of audiological skills, including:Adult diagnostic testing for ENT.Paediatric audiology.Tinnitus assessments and management.Adult auditory rehabilitation using a client-centred, evidence-based approach, including Real Ear Measurements and Speech in Noise testing.Prescribing and fitting the latest hearing aid technology from leading manufacturers.Ear wax removal clinics.You will need to be passionate about audiology, focused on outstanding patient care, and committed to continual professional development. You should be an excellent team player with strong communication skills and a proactive, growth-focused mindset.Requirements:Minimum BSc or MSc in Audiology.HCPC registration as a Hearing Aid Dispenser.Minimum 5 years' experience, including at least one year in the NHS.Enthusiastic, professional, and passionate about audiology.Strong focus on patient-centred hearing care.A commitment to continual improvement in knowledge and skills.Ability to work well in a supportive, collaborative team.Excellent communication skills.Package:Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 per year.Performance-related commission with target earnings of £80,000 to £100,000 OTE.Full-time position.This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.BSR Health are a Specialist Healthcare Agency.
