About Sanius Health
Sanius Health is one of the fastest-growing, award-winning platforms redefining patient-centred healthcare. We turn patient-generated data into clinical intelligence by integrating EHR records, wearable health metrics, real-time outcomes, socioeconomic data, and AI-driven predictive analytics.
Our core capability is translating complex data into insight that supports real-world evidence (RWE), health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), clinical trial design, patient recruitment, and precision-led patient support programmes.
We are a recognised leader in haematology, oncology, and rare diseases, with a strong footprint in blood cancers and underserved populations. Our partnerships with NHS trusts, clinicians, and researchers ensure clinical excellence, scientific credibility, and measurable improvements in patient outcomes.
Our AI infrastructure enables early identification of clinical risk, smarter patient stratification, and proactive care planning. These capabilities help reduce unplanned hospitalisations and empower clinicians to make faster, more informed decisions.
Sanius delivers fully compliant, end-to-end support for patient support programmes, including digital monitoring and wraparound care engagement. From sickle cell disease to multiple myeloma, our platform is improving quality of life and reducing system burden at scale.
With the largest primary care footprint in the UK and data partnerships across more than 65 secondary care providers, Sanius Health is the definitive partner for those driving innovation in clinical research, patient care, and system-wide transformation.
We don’t just generate evidence, we turn real-time patient experience into strategic insight and better healthcare delivery.
