Latus Group provide nationwide Occupational Health and Surveillance services to clients across the UK.
The role will be homebased with an expectation to attend the Immingham office for training.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILTIES
* Audits of escalation nurses (monthly) – results to be communicated to the clinical lead for actions.
NB. Audit of Team leader/ Senior Escalation nurse to be completed by the clinical lead and review audit of audits completed by Team leader/ Senior Escalation.
* Day-to-day clinical review and monitoring of work completed to support the escalations nurses: to stay on track and focus on tasks in order of priority.
* Support the escalation nurses with any queries on clinical concerns on day-to-day tasks.
* Support the wider team on the Clinical inbox queries and phone call support.
* Monthly 1:1s with the escalation nurses and to record and feedback findings to the clinical lead.
* Complete weekly planner.
* Delegate certain tasks when on annual leave: day-to-day running’s and ensure the team are aware of expectations in their absence.
* On board new starters in relation to induction plan, completing training , ready for sign off with clinical lead.
